Many schools are using collected data to drive change. Test scores are analyzed and used to lead curriculum improvement. Survey instruments like CPS provide feedback from students, staff, parents, and the community that lead to change too. Data can also be used to group students and to assign teachers with proven skills to teach specific student groups. The Classroom Performance System is an effective way to gather an incredible amount of data very easily, whether on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. A variety of reports are produced that will allow teachers to analyze their own performance or the performance of every individual student.
Data is making a difference in these schools! See how principals in this article are using data to lead their schools to success. Take Me There!
