The Best Website Tool To Build Your Own

When we started looking at putting together a website, I wanted to find the best website tool. I was up in the air, because I didn't know anything about coding or HTML and just thinking about it boggled my brain! However, I was way too much of a control freak to want someone else putting together my website for me! I wanted to be able to change anything I wanted anytime I wanted!
