Clicker not turning off

I have a clicker that refuses to turn off. I press the power button - it says powering down and then turns right back on. I have tried replacing the batteries, but it is stuck on Question 12 and I can't get it to do anything else. Any ideas on how to fix it?
It sounds like your clicker needs a hard reset if you are unable to turn it off. To do a hard reset of your eInstruction clicker, follow the instructions below:
- Remove the batteries from your clicker.
- Hold down the two arrow keys for 30 seconds.
- Replace the batteries.
Hopefully your clicker will be back in good shape after the hard reset!
