Error Message: "Cannot Update Results"

When engaging a lesson in CPS using the Teacher Led mode, the questions will not progress beyond number one and when the first question is answered, I get a message saying "cannot update results."

Haven't Seen This Message Before...


Cici,

Since I haven't run into this error message before (and I've been at this for quite awhile!), please call our tech line at 1-888-333-4988. They know all the right questions to ask to get to the root of the issue.

If they can provide you any more information, please let us know. We would be interested to know what you find out. Posting your answer here might help someone else!
