Interwrite Mobi Pen Not Writing, But Computer Mouse Is

What reasons could there be that the Mobi pen is not working? I suggested to the teacher that the pen had not been fully engaged and was not charged. Could there be other reasons?
There could be a couple of reasons for your Mobi pen not working. So, I'll take you through them both and hopefully you can get your pen up and running.
1. Check to make sure that the pen is well seated in the Mobi so that it is fully charged. An indicator is present in your Mobi LCD screen that shows the charge of your pen (see the figures above). If your pen charges on a dock, make sure that both yellow lights on the dock are lit while the Mobi is charging. One light represents the Mobi charging and the other light represents the pen charging.
2. If you are confident that your pen is fully charged, it could possibly be a pairing issue with your computer. Follow the instructions below to repair your Mobi with your computer.
- Open the eInstruction Device Manager. You should see your Mobi represented there.
- Disconnect and remove the Mobi from the Device Manager.
- Resync using the button on the back of the Mobi and the button on the dongle plugged into your computer.
- From the Options menu in the Device Manager, chose Discover Devices. Check to see if your pen is working.
